Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable Machine Learning pipelines and Generative AI infrastructure.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation NLP models, including LLM fine-tuning and RAG architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Ensure model performance, scalability, and ethical AI compliance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior data scientists and engineers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
