Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Define and execute the technical vision for our proprietary Generative AI stack, focusing on scalability and performance for 2026 deployment.
- Model Engineering: Oversee the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- System Design: Design robust MLOps pipelines and edge-computing architectures to ensure real-time inference capabilities.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge research papers into production-ready code and architectural patterns.
- Risk & Ethics: Implement safety guardrails and ethical AI frameworks to ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialization: Strong background in LLMs, Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic workflows.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-velocity environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
