Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling massive data loads.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and predictive modeling.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical growth.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for product managers, designers, and executive leadership.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI models are fair, transparent, and free from bias.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams, manage technical debt, and drive projects from conception to deployment.
