Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and forecast emerging technologies, specifically in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Integration Strategy: Lead the design and integration of AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate technical possibilities into viable business strategies.
- Prototyping & Innovation: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technology strategy, AI implementation, or product management.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and modern cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of identifying business problems and engineering innovative, scalable solutions.
