Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof architectural frameworks for AI and machine learning models.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing principles into legacy systems to prepare for 2026-era processing needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies that align with long-term business goals.
- Optimize system performance and data throughput for high-volume, real-time processing.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with a focus on AI and cloud technologies.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in high-performance computing environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and neural network architecture.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
