Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic architectural planning to ensure our technology stack remains future-proof for the 2026 market cycle.
- System Design: Architect complex, distributed systems that integrate Generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions to ensure best practices.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the migration and optimization of our cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Innovation Implementation: Identify and prototype emerging technologies that will provide a competitive advantage by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI integration patterns and large language model (LLM) deployment strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and design systems that scale efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
