Responsibilities
- Design, install, and maintain complex electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Lead troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures for critical infrastructure
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols
- Train and supervise junior electricians on technical best practices
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients for seamless project execution
- Manage inventory and procurement of specialized electrical components
- Generate detailed technical documentation and project reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid New York State Master Electrician license
- Extensive knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proven expertise with PLC systems and industrial automation
- Certification in NFPA 70E arc flash safety protocols
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
