Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot complex electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Lead and mentor apprentice electricians to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Obtain necessary permits and facilitate final inspections for all projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License (NY State) required.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Proficiency with hand tools, test meters, and power equipment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
