Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead crew operations ensuring compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Mentor apprentices and junior electricians on best practices
- Manage inventory and order materials for project completion
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Texas State Electrical Journeyman license required
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Experience with industrial motor controls and VFD systems
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency calls
- Proficiency with Fluke multimeters and clamp meters
