Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for large-scale projects
- Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California Title 24 regulations
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance for assigned projects
- Document work progress and maintain detailed project reports
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, power distribution, and VFD systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Advanced proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong leadership experience with project teams
- Familiarity with energy-efficient lighting and renewable systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
