Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead teams of junior electricians and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers and clients for seamless execution
- Train apprentices on best practices and code compliance
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia Electrician License (Master/Journeyman)
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in NEC code and local regulations
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
