Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical system installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and residential properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan layouts and installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Lead a team of apprentice electricians, providing mentorship and guidance on technical projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site, managing all tools and equipment properly.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in California.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, and power distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods as required by the job.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
