Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and compliance.
- Perform thorough troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and prepare detailed reports on job site conditions.
- Guide and mentor apprentice electricians, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials to ensure project continuity.
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Journeyman Electrician License (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, NEC standards, and blueprint reading.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
