Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR strategy, organizational development, or future of work consulting.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and their implications for the modern workforce.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Certifications: PMP, SHRM-SCP, or similar professional certifications are a plus.
