Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive market shifts and black swan events
- Analyze geopolitical, environmental, and demographic trends impacting future business models
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable product development and circular economy initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-concept technologies and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external innovation forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate abstract concepts
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
