Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks relevant to 2026+ landscapes
- Produce actionable insights reports on AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech impacts
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Establish early-warning systems for market shifts and regulatory changes affecting 2026 projections
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into narratives
- Credibility with C-suite executives and board presentations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Business, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
