- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers, trend reports, and keynote presentations
- Build and manage a network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
