- Produce trend intelligence reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and impact by 2026
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future-of-work topics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience translating complex futures into business strategy and investment decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology adoption predictions
- Ability to communicate nuanced futures to non-technical executives
