Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives for the 2026 horizon, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for organizational resilience in rapidly evolving markets
- Produce high-impact trend reports and future roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Establish quantitative/qualitative methodologies for trend validation and impact assessment
- Advose C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in global innovation ecosystems
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique, system dynamics)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (journal articles, books, white papers)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
