Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Produce trend forecasts using predictive analytics, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Champion innovation workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future-proofing business ecosystems
- Oversee prototyping of experimental technologies in our 10,000 sq ft innovation lab
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
