- Mentor junior futurists and build a proprietary foresight methodology toolkit

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed trend analysis or scenario-planning models
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate resilience, or sustainable tech domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., SWOT, STEEP, Delphi)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
