Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Present findings at global innovation forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Build and mentor a cross-functional futurist team specializing in vertical-specific scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published research on future-of-work, climate adaptation, or human-machine symbiosis
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., SFPS, CFIP) preferred
