Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive trends impacting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with data-backed narrative storytelling
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping authority
- Mentor junior futurists and oversee quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, MBA, or related field
- Proven track record of translating complex trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology mastery
- Experience with AI/ML trend modeling and predictive analytics tools
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic innovation deliverables
