- Lead cross-functional scenario planning initiatives across R&D, product, and marketing teams

- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent Horizon at premier global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership with proven impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and megatrend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading high-impact, cross-cultural teams
