- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic foresight publications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Strong proficiency with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
