Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal trends to identify transformative opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech and emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven visual communication
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
