Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and socio-economic domains
- Develop 2026+ strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Conduct futures research using Delphi methods, AI-driven forecasting, and expert interviews
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies and investment frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in foresight, innovation strategy, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent narratives
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions with validated impact
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
