Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological breakthroughs, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions and validate market viability
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for 2026+ horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend-analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive market forces and transformation
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and published thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or University of Oxford)
