Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend analysis frameworks for 2026+ technology, economic, and social paradigms

- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and data science
- Drive organizational transformation by embedding foresight into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate-tech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating abstract futures
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-forward initiatives
