Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across AI, biotech, climate, and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and R&D pipelines
- Author high-impact trend reports read by C-suite executives and policymakers
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Curate exclusive 'Future Forward' conferences with industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ strategic implementations from trend analysis
