- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability trends
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders on future market disruptions
- Manage a global research team of futurists and data scientists
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' conference series featuring industry pioneers
- Drive patent development for breakthrough innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven expertise in AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (minimum 5 peer-reviewed articles)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
