- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop evidence-based innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight insights into strategic priorities and R&D investments
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for board-level audiences
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into market-ready innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, journals)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders across diverse industries
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and horizon scanning
