Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Deliver executive briefings on disruption risks and opportunity horizons
- Architect organizational foresight methodologies and training programs
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio of published foresight research or thought leadership
- Global network of innovation ecosystem contacts
