Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts through 2026+
- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients across tech, healthcare, and finance
- Design strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, STEEP, or horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals or platforms
- Experience securing innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, or equivalent bodies
