- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to capture emerging research
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused research methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or strategic frameworks
