Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts and innovation scouts
- Translate complex foresight findings into actionable business strategies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global technology and futurism conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented frameworks for enterprise clients
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-cultural, global teams in virtual/hybrid environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic impact
