Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and NASA JPL
- Deliver quarterly executive briefings on disruptive market shifts and emerging opportunities
- Drive innovation culture through quarterly 'Future Hackathons' and thought leadership publications
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and KPI optimization
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published author in tech foresight publications (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (Tableau, Python, TensorFlow)
- Global network of innovation leaders and domain experts
- Fluency in English with optional Spanish/Chinese Mandarin proficiency
