Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business strategy
- Produce high-impact trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Mentor junior strategists and drive a culture of future-oriented innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementations
