Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Design innovation roadmaps incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product development
- Curate thought leadership content and industry speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and cross-impact matrices
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
