Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework for emerging industry trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, Web3, and climate tech
- Produce strategic briefings for executive leadership on paradigm-shifting technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish key innovation metrics and track adoption curves of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating speculative concepts into commercial applications
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience leading innovation teams through ambiguous technology transitions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (e.g., Wired, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
