Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Roadmap with quarterly trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author annual Future Impact Reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic research labs and emerging tech startups
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record translating future trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
