Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizon planning
- Develop evidence-based trend forecasts across technology, policy, and consumer behavior
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on future-of-work transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with emerging opportunities
- Quantify market impact of disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Build cross-functional coalitions for organizational resilience strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech disruption vectors
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite leadership
- Publishing record in foresight or strategy publications (Harvard Business Review etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Track record translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
