Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotechnology, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments impacting future industries
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for global leadership teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published research or thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of ethical implications of disruptive technologies
