Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning models for global industry disruptions
- Author strategic foresight reports and executive briefings on future market trends
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for new product development pipelines
- Partner with venture capital team to identify disruptive startups and acquisition targets
- Present future-vision roadmaps to board members and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic initiatives' success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
