Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design and deploy early-warning systems for emerging disruptions and black swan events
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish FutureVision Labs as a thought leader through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next generation of strategic foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500/tech scale companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, biotech, quantum) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with tangible impact
