Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis

- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights for C-suite executives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
