Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and future-proofing opportunities for 2026
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling visual narratives
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author quarterly trend briefs and annual strategic outlooks for stakeholder alignment
- Mentor junior analysts in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrix)
