Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead high-impact workshops with executive teams to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on emerging tech disruptions (quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Design and maintain a '2026 Tech Radar' tracking breakthrough innovations and regulatory shifts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into R&D roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentations and published thought leadership
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEPLE, cross-impact matrix)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with documented business impact
