Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate emerging risks
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Deliver compelling executive briefings and stakeholder presentations on future trends
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and industry publications
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team with diverse expertise
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights for executive audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks required
