Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and present 5-year strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and key clients
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring junior strategists and championing experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) preferred
